Performers need to arrive at the venue a minimum of 30 minutes prior to each performance taking place. Dancers in year R, 1 & 2 should make their way to the stage door and will be met by a chaperone there. Dancers in year 3 upwards and under 16 will be met by their chaperone on Broad street outside Barclays bank by 1pm and 5pm and enter the Theatre together as a group via the stage door.
After each show, students will be released to a parent or guardian from the stage door in reverse age order (year 9-11 first working backwards). The stage door is located around the back of the Theatre. If you stand looking at the Theatre building head to the right.
