COMMITMENT TO PAYMENT

By completing and returning this form I understand that I am signing up to classes during the academic year 2023-24. I agree to pay termly fees online at www.rutlanddance.co.uk/booknow for every term I attend. Fees will be paid prior to attending classes or within 7 days of a free trial.

MEDIA CONSENT
We like to photograph classes and take short videos to show progress and share success. All public performances are also photographed and filmed. Names of students or any other personal information will NOT be linked to our images. Images and videos may be used in future marketing (Please see our Privacy Policy for further info). Please email sarah@rutlanddance.co.uk if you do not wish to provide media consent for you or your son/daughter.
