Workshop Registration – Terms & Conditions

Assumption of Risk – I understand that dance and movement activities involve physical activity. I accept full responsibility for any injury or accident that may occur during the workshop or related activities.

Health Declaration – I confirm that my child is fit to participate in the workshop. I will inform the organisers of any medical conditions, injuries, or additional needs that may affect participation.

Photography & Video Consent – I give permission for photos or videos of my child taken during the workshop to be used for promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media, marketing materials).

Payment Agreement – I agree to pay the workshop fee in full prior to the event. I understand that fees are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by the organisers.

Code of Conduct – I (or my child) agree to behave respectfully towards staff, instructors, and other participants and to follow all safety and workshop guidelines.
